CLOSED Denise's Daily Dozen Blog Tour

Do you want to get in shape and/or lose weight but can never find the time to do it?  Are you looking for an easy plan to eat better and tone up?  I found just the thing for that.  It's Denise's Daily Dozen.

Photobucket

I received Denise's Daily Dozen: The Easy, Every Day Program to Lose Up to 12 Pounds in 2 Weeks to read and review.  I was amazed by the book.  It was a quick, easy read which I was pleasantly surprised by.  Usually books like that are boring and hard to read.  The book is proposing a total body work program; it includes a 7-day balanced meal plan that includes healthy recipes, and a workout that encompasses 12 exercises done in 12 minutes each day.  It is easy to find 12 minutes in a day to workout.  She also says you should do 12 miles of cardiovascular exercise in a week.  I love how that's a week time span instead of telling you how much to walk each day.  The meal plan is easy to follow with recipes and grocery shopping lists.  Wow she really did all the work for us to do this program!  I am so excited to have found this book.  My husband and I both are going to do this program.  There are also other exercises in the book like the fidget-cizers.  You can do them while washing dishes or waiting for something in the microwave.  It is so easy to find time to exercize with Denise's book!

Denise Austin resides in sunny San Pedro, California with her husband of 25 years, Jeff Austin, and two teenage daughters.  Denise has created 82 workout videos or DVDs.  She also has authored about 10 books.  With her huge success and number of sales she was inducted into the Video Hall of Fame in 2003.  I believe she knows what she is talking about.

You can follow Denise Austin on twitter or on facebook.

Buy It:  You can buy Denise's Daily Dozen by Denise Austin for $16.99.  It is on sale for $11.55 on Amazon right now.

Win It: Five lucky readers will win Denise's Daily Dozen by Denise Austin.

One of my New Year's Resolutions is to schedule time to work out. The other day my son said "Mom? When are you going to ever exercise again? It's been like weeks!" (too bad it's really been like months, but my excuse is my 6 month old :)

Of course I always want to loose weight, but I'm never really trying that hard. 12 minutes a day, maybe I could do? I'm not really into making resolutions, can you tell?
