Here is a little more about Nuria:
I've been crafting as long as I remember. My father was an artist, he made beautiful oil paintings, and he let me put some touches of paint on his work. Grandma was always knitting and I learned from her knitting and crochet. I had an aunt that was a seamstress and I learned how to make dresses for my little dolls from her.
When my kids were born, I opened a little store where I used to teach people some crafts like ceramics, wood burning, stained glass, etc, in exchange for them buying the materials from my store.
Then I had to get serious and I pursued a career in sales, but for me, happiness is to be able to create beautiful things that make people smile. About 10 years ago I discovered polymer clay, and I got hooked on it. I started making fairies and 3 years ago, I decided to start selling them, that's when Fairies by Nuria was born :) They are my passion, for me is like playing with my barbie dolls, I make dresses for them, I do their hair.... fun! Besides crafting my other passions are my two little shih tzu dogs and restoring my old Victorian house.
Nuria sent me two fairies for review. The first was her Halloween Fairy - very appropriate for the season! The level of detail is really amazing.
| I love all the details! |
| She looks perfect with my Halloween decorations |
Aren't the little lion ears so cute? She is so sweet and has the cutest little face! Again, the detail is really amazing. I'm going to save this one for my daughter when she gets a little older.
I love Nuria's fairies and I hope you do too! Nuria is generously offering our readers a fairy of their own! Enter in the Rafflecopter below!
Disclaimer: I received these fairies for free in exchange for an honest review. I was not otherwise compensated for this post. All the thoughts and opinions are 100% my own. Thank you!
