About the author:
My thoughts:
The Digest Diet Cookbook is much more than just a cookbook. Chapter 1 is all about fat increasers and fat releasers. Some of it is common sense like that food can be a fat increaser but there are things that you might not know like specific foods and drinks that are fat releasers and that help you lose weight. There is a list of fat releaser staples in the book that is useful. You will find a basic overview about the Digest Diet and what you are supposed to be eating during the different phases of the 21-day plan. It tells you which page to find the recipes for the plan. The Digest Diet Cookbook takes the guess work out and tells you specifically what you need to do to follow the plan. A lot of recipes are mouth watering, and it's comforting knowing they aren't full of fat and bad things for you. There is a chapter on breakfasts, a chapter on soups, a chapter on main dishes, a chapter on side dishes, and a chapter on desserts. Each chapter is broken down to the different phases of the 21-day plan to help you plan. One of my favorite recipes is the chicken burger. My whole family loves the oven-fried chicken. It is so tasteful and delicious. This is great to own if you have the Digest Diet book or alone, if you want a good cookbook with unique, healthy recipes.
